2026 Convention Sponsorship Packages

All sponsorship levels include participation in the Convention Passport Engagement Program and the opportunity to provide branded materials or promotional items. Exhibitor booths are expected to contribute at least one raffle item, giveaway, or interactive engagement opportunity to encourage attendee interaction. Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once production of promotional materials or signage has begun. ANSA reserves the right to decline or modify submitted materials that do not align with convention standards. Convention programming and benefits are subject to change based on event logistics.
